Please carefully read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") before using the AI Social Media Post Generator website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Service
AI Social Media Post Generator is a fully automated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The content generated is produced by artificial intelligence models based on user inputs. **No human-driven services, manual reviews, or personalized consulting are included** in any of our subscription plans. The service is provided "as is" and is dependent on the availability of our third-party AI providers.
1. Subscriptions & Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Paddle. Paddle is our merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You can manage and cancel your subscription through the link provided by Paddle in your subscription confirmation email or via your settings page.
2. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our service. We offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be made within **14-day** of the initial subscription purchase or a renewal charge.
- Usage Constraint: Initial subscriptions submitted within **14 days** of payment will receive a direct refund. For renewals, you must also meet the requirement of **not generating any content during that period** to be eligible for a refund. For example, if your plan renews on the 10th of the month, you must not have generated any content on or after the 10th to be eligible for a refund for that month's charge.
- How to Request a Refund: If you meet the above conditions, please contact our support at jinhuang.lin.dev@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request.
For refunds that do not meet the requirements, we do not offer pro rata refunds, even if you cancel your subscription or did not use the time within the billing cycle.
3. Content
You are responsible for the content generated using our Service.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve the Service.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
5. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Lin's Workshop, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
