We use Paddle as our merchant of record. This means they handle all payment processing, tax compliance, and subscription management securely. We **never** store your credit card information on our servers.
🔄 Automatic Renewal
To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You will be charged the rate for your selected plan, and you can manage your subscription at any time.
❌ Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the secure customer portal. When you cancel, you retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Due to the digital nature of our services, users who do not use the service within 15 days of purchase can apply for a full refund. If a refund is needed, users can visit paddle.net to check their subscription service and apply for a refund. After approval, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
